2. Redelivery has already been scheduled by our courier
If our driver has already scheduled a new date for a second delivery attempt of your DHL Express shipment. For example, because of your company holiday or the Christmas rush the new date will be provided on your notification card.
If this date is inconvenient for any reason, find a date that's best for you and reschedule redelivery online under www.dhl-delivernow.de - it's free of charge. Or call our DHL DeliverNow service number: +49 (0) 180 5 34 55 00*.

3. Book a redelivery online
You can book a suitable date up to 7 days in advance** for the redelivery or self-collection of your DHL Express shipment online at www.dhl-delivernow.de. It's free of charge and convenient!
All you need is the DHL Express reference number that appears on the front of your notification card. Enter this number on the DHL DeliverNow website and book your redelivery or self-collection - you can do this anytime, day or night!
If for any reason you would like to schedule the redelivery/ self-collection of your DHL Express shipment more than 7 days in advance, please call our DHL DeliverNow service number: +49 (0) 180 5 34 55 00*.
Our customer service staff will be glad to book the redelivery of your DHL Express shipment for a later date.
Redelivery
You can decide whether you want your DHL Express shipment to be redelivered to the original address (where the notification card was left), or if you want it delivered to another address within Germany, however, not to a DHL Packstation or the local DHL Express outlets.
Self-collection
You can also pick up your DHL Express shipment yourself at the nearest DHL Express station by booking a specific self-collection time online at www.dhl-delivernow.de. Please note the earliest pick-up date for your DHL Express item given on your notification card.
We will be happy to have your shipment waiting for you at the service counter on the specified date. This will avoid unnecessary waiting time.
During the online booking process, you will receive information regarding the business hours and address of your nearest DHL Express station.
Important: Please remember to bring with you the notification card along with a valid method of identification (identity card, passport) when self-collecting your DHL Express shipment. If you would like authorize another person for the self-collection of your DHL Express shipment, please use the authorization form on the reverse side of the notification card.
Of course you can also book a redelivery of your DHL Express shipment by calling the DHL DeliverNow service number: +49 (0) 180 5 34 55 00*. We are available for you, Monday till Saturday, 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., with the exception of Sundays and bank holidays.

4. Schedule a new pick-up
If you were not available at the scheduled pick-up time for your shipment, simply contact the DHL Express customer service to reschedule a new pick-up date:
